Pesach 2023 with the Smilow family will be an elevated experience that is all about you.  We understand that you want to spend yom tov in a beautiful resort setting where the weather is just right, the catering and ambiance are world class, the accommodations are spacious and attractions abound.  That’s why we are hosting Pesach this year at the Hilton Resort and Spa, a Tuscan-inspired lakeside resort that is easy to get to but feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

 

Being transported to a different reality takes any vacation to the next level and the Hilton is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Mojave Desert amid stunning red rock mountains.   Sophisticated elegance and a comfortable layout make the Hilton an amazing Pesach venue, one that will truly enhance your yom tov.  The property’s expansive grounds were made for leisurely strolls, while just steps away, the upscale MonteLago village beckons intriguingly.

Accommodations

Rooms at the Hilton are airy and oversized, with signature Serenity beds, elegant linens and marble bathrooms with separate tubs and showers.  Connecting rooms are available, with several upgrades offered including garden and lake views, one and two bedrooms suites and two presidential suites.  
 

Yom Tov Atmosphere

Your davening throughout Pesach will be enhanced by our gifted ba’alei tefilla and, because we know that nothing inspires like exceptional and dynamics speaker, we are excited to have Rabbi Chaim Aryeh Zev Ginzberg, Rabbi Mordechai Becher, Rabbi Yisroel Majeski, Rabbi Avrohom Stulberger, Charlene Aminoff and Jackie Bitton joining us for yom tov.  

Kashrus

As always, our program offers the highest kashrus standards and is under the strictest rabbinic supervision.  We serve glatt kosher, cholov yisroel, shmurah matzoh and also have available chalak bet yosef/bishul yisroel. While our program is exclusively non-gebrokts, our kneidlach, pancakes, pizza, pasta, sushi are so good that you will have to keep reminding yourself it’s still Pesach.  

Exquisite Dining

Jeremy Goldfeder’s JM Food • Event • Design will be bringing its Midas touch to our program, his sumptuous cuisine and elevated presentations raising the bar at every meal. With a distinctive team of world class chefs and bakers, JM has become synonymous with next-level culinary artistry. Whether you prefer traditional favorites, exotic gourmet fare, or a little bit of both, you can look forward to an exceptional dining experience, the ambiance and atmosphere further enhanced by the eye-popping décor of the JM party planning team.

 

Get ready to enjoy upscale food venues, themed dinners, poolside tiki bar and grill, specialty fresh brewed coffee and tea bar, pizza, sushi, gelato and smoothie bars, signature kids’ menus, exquisite buffets and the desserts of your dreams.  Our grab and go mini market will be fully stocked with snacks for guests on the run and to satisfy those midday cravings, while our tea room will have hot and cold beverages, healthy snacks, fruits, frozen treats, sweets and other surprises.  

 

Our specialty chef will be on hand to prepare vegetarian, diabetic, low sodium, no sodium, celiac and practically any dietary request imaginable.   As always, birthday, anniversary and special occasion cakes and party items will be available upon request, because your simcha is our simcha. 
 

Entertainment

Celebrate Chol Hamoed with magic, comedy and shows galore. Our exciting nightly concerts will feature Jewish music’s most popular entertainers including the talents of Mordechai Ben David, who will be with us the entire Pesach, Israeli singing sensation Itzik Dadya and music/entertainment wunderkind DJ EZZI, plus kumzitzes with Shlomo Reich.  Additional activities and entertainment are being added to our program – visit the Smilow Pesach website for the latest updates.  
 

Recreation

Be amazed at how much there is to do without ever leaving the resort.  Soak up the sun at our glorious outdoor pool or the adjacent beach lagoon.  Thrill to water sports and ziplining on the lake.  Play golf at one of the neighboring Jack Nicklaus-designed championship courses.  Play video and arcade games, ping pong or pool in our recreation room.  Enjoy special on-site activities. Get that heart rate up at the indoor fitness center.  Relax at the world class Ravella Spa and Salon. 

 

Our excursion desk will be coordinating trips to Cowabunga Bay waterpark and other exciting  attractions and shopping venues, with discounted tickets and transportation offered.  Assistance is also available at the excursion desk for those who prefer to venture out on their own, the dozens of attractions in the area run the gamut, from family friendly to high adrenaline and everything in between.   

Day Camp

As parents, we know that your kids’ happiness can make or break any vacation, which is why our day camp is under the expert direction of Rabbi Yehoshua and Leah Gold, seasoned professionals who understand how to keep kids productive and entertained all day long. Our fabulous program will include sports, shows, sand, swimming, trips, arts and crafts, singing, music, games, tournaments, fitness, dance and more - don’t be surprised when your kids tell you that they hope camp never ends.  

 

Individual and group babysitting will be available upon request. 
 

Shidduch Networking

Pesach presents an organic opportunity to meet new faces, and our resident shadchan, Adina Reich, has more than 20 years of experience in shidduchim. Adina is well known for her warmth and positivity, as well as her innovative and forward-thinking approach to dating and relationships.
