Our Glatt Kosher Cuisine, run by international chef Enzo Fornitto, has acquired great experience in kosher and Jewish Culinary. All our meats and poultry are Halak Beth Yosef (Glatt), all dairy are Cholov Yisrael, with diverse wines from around the world. All our food is prepeared with no kitniyot and no gebrochts, and will have matzo shmura, both round and square, as well as regular matza. All our meals always fresh and delicious.
