Under the strict supervision of Rabbi B.Z. Rabinowitz of Biala - Lugano we operate a Glatt Kosher & Mehadrin Programm. Only Cholov Yisrael products are used. Machine Shemurah Matzah and Hand Matzo are available throughout. We cater to a wide range of dietary preferences, however, due to Pesach restrictions some dietary requirements are not feasible for us to prepare. Please ask us prior to booking.

We like to serve our guests - and it shows. Therefore we love serving you at your table most of the meals. We will have some buffet dinners and lunches too. Expect to be served a 4-course gourmet menu that normally includes choices of starters, soup, main course and desserts.
