It was born from the renovation of an ancient Tuscany farm. Situated on the top of a hill in the municipality of Montecatini Val di Cecina, an ancient medieval village, immersed in the greenery of the typical Tuscan countryside, the structure is surrounded by five acres of park from which you enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.

Located on the top of a hill, the hotel and its 5-hectare park offer an endless panorama of the typical Tuscan countryside. The hotel Fattoria Belvedere is located between the Etruscan Coast with its sandy beaches (Cecina 10km/Marina di Bibbona) and the most beautiful historic towns (tourism and shopping) of Tuscany.

We are 15mn (car or shuttle) from the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan coast: Marina di Cecina & Marina di Bibbona

The location of the hotel will offer cultural enthusiasts an ideal starting point to visit the world-renowned artistic and cultural cities (Volterra, Livorno, Pisa, Florence, Siena, Cinque terre, Roma ...) as well as the small surrounding villages. charming as Val di Cecina and its medieval center.

Hotel Fattoria Belvedere is composed of three independent houses: Mulino, Vecchio Frantoio and Granaio, furnished in typical rustic Tuscan style, with solid chestnut furniture, terracotta beams and floors, for a stay in a warm, welcoming and unique atmosphere.

The rooms of the Hotel Fattoria Belvedere in a styptic style of Tuscany, fresh and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, wifi, Flat TV…), are immersed in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Some of them enjoy a large balcony from which you can admire the beautiful panoramic view.

Others have an private outdoor space with tables and chairs where to relax or have small snacks and snacks with family or friends.

Facilities: fully equipped , Mini-bar, Conditioned air / Heating, Hairdryer, Satellite flat TV, Phone & Wifi on common areas.

They have a capacity of 2 to 5 people.

The hotel has two swimming pools for adults and children and a wellness center equipped with a gym, sauna, hydromassage, a free hamam and massages (charge).

For the more athletic the hotel offers permanent : tennis court, a football field, a petanque court, a basketball court, a volley court (lighting for night performance)

Children also have their dedicated space: a landscaped and secure garden for our dear little blond heads!
