Please note: In addition to base rent, additional cleaning fee + accidental damage insurance applies to every booking. Cleaning fee may vary depending on occupancy.

Make sure to check our website often for additional listings. We are constantly adding luxuriously renovated properties to our inventory as well as overseeing construction of new villas in the neighborhoods we serve.

Minimum stay policy: A three night minimum stay is required for both peak season stays. For any reservation booked more than four months in advance, a minimum stay is required - please confirm with your destination specialist. We are unable to accommodate either Friday check in/check out or Motzei Shabbos and/or Motzei Yom Tov check in/check outs in any of our Florida rentals.

Rates quoted are for payment made by check, cash, Chase quick pay, direct deposit, or drop off in Lakewood, Boro Park, Passaic, or Williamsburg. Credit card payment is subject to a 3.75% convenience fee. Other fees may apply.
