Banyan Tree Mayakoba offers high quality Kosher food that adheres to the most demanding and orthodox requirements. We have a long-withstanding relationship with Cancun’s best supplier “Experience Kosher”, who has a remarkable reputation and works closely with the Cancun Chabad Jewish Center. Their Kosher products are supplied from around the world, including Mexico City and New York. When the product is delivered to our Culinary team, our Chefs personally take care of verifying and signing-off for the food, to later heat accordingly and serve as indicated.
