About Edgware

Edgware is a district of north-west London, mainly in the London Borough of Barnet. Edgware is centred 10 miles north-northwest of Charing Cross and has its own commercial centre. In 2011, Edgware had a population of 76,056. Edgware is principally a shopping and residential area and one of the northern termini of the Northern line. To travel into central London from Edgware takes 30 minutes by public transport, or about 50 minutes driving. There are various parks in Edgware. It is located close to both the A41, the A1 and the M1 which can take travellers to all parts of the country, and into the countryside nearby.
